An ENS.EG product

White-label restaurant ordering system

A product built by ENS.EG that gives a restaurant a complete ordering system under its own name, logo and colours: an ordering website on its domain, iOS and Android apps in its name, and an operations dashboard for orders and branches. Bought with a single payment, with no monthly subscription and no commission on orders, and delivered within two weeks of payment and a signed contract.

The challenge

Delivery apps bring orders, but they take a commission on every order, show their own name to the customer instead of the restaurant’s, and keep the customer data. Building a system from scratch means an open-ended cost and months of development before the first order.

We wanted to give restaurants a third route: a built and proven system that runs under the restaurant’s name from day one, at a cost known upfront. Not to replace delivery apps, but to give the restaurant its own channel alongside them.

What we built

ENS.EG built one system with three front ends connected to a single menu and a single operations dashboard: an ordering website, an iOS app and an Android app. For each restaurant we re-brand the system with its name, logo and two colours, publish the website on its domain and submit both apps under its own developer accounts.

Restaurant owners see the system working before they pay, in a live demo: a menu with sections, items, options and add-ons, branch selection by customer location with delivery or pickup, offers and discount codes, a cart with order tracking, and an operations dashboard with live orders, branches and reports.

The offer itself is built on clarity: a published one-time price, a contract before work starts, payment by InstaPay transfer with no card details requested, and customer payments going straight to the restaurant’s own merchant account, never through ENS.

  • Three platforms in the restaurant’s name

An ordering website on the restaurant’s domain, plus iOS and Android apps published in its name on the App Store and Google Play.

  • A complete menu

Sections, items, options and add-ons, with each branch’s most-ordered items highlighted.

  • Branches, delivery and pickup

Customers find the nearest open branch by location or pick one, with delivery or pickup per branch.

  • Offers and discount codes

Section offers, discount codes and a free-delivery threshold.

  • A live kitchen order screen

Live orders by status: new, preparing, ready, with today’s orders, sales and average preparation time.

  • Customer data stays with the restaurant

Customer numbers, locations and order history live in the restaurant’s own system for remarketing.

  • Online payment to the restaurant’s account

Online payment is connected to the restaurant’s own merchant account, so customer money never passes through ENS.

  • Arabic and English

An Arabic customer interface that switches to English.
