ENS.EG

An app is worth its cost when it brings the customer back again and again: to order, book or track an order, with a notification at the right moment. For that to happen the app has to be connected to your system and dashboard, not a separate front end updated by hand.

We design and build Android and iOS apps together with the backend and the dashboard you run them from, and publish them on Google Play and the App Store under your own accounts.

Examples of what we built

Our white-label restaurant ordering system includes iOS and Android apps in the restaurant’s name connected to a single menu and operations dashboard, and for ENSMENU we built the Owner app to follow the menu and orders from a phone and the Staff app for the order screen on the floor and in the kitchen.

How we work

  1. 1

    Understand your business and scope

We listen to your idea, learn how your business works and the problem to solve, then agree on scope, priorities and a clear project plan.

  2. 2

    Design and review together

We design the screens and user journey as an interactive prototype, so you see and refine the system before development starts.

  3. 3

    Build and test in phases

We develop in phases with continuous quality and performance testing, and you follow progress and deliverables in the client portal.

  4. 4

    Launch and stay with you

We launch and stay with you through support, updates and further development, with support requests opened and tracked in the portal.

What determines cost

  • Target platforms: Android, iOS or both

Both platforms are more work than one, although modern frameworks share much of the codebase between them.

  • The number of screens and features

A simple browse-and-order app differs from one with accounts, chat, tracking, maps and loyalty points.

  • The admin panel and backend

If you already have a system we connect to it; if not, we build the backend and dashboard with the app, which is often half the work.

  • Payments, notifications and maps

Each external integration (payments, maps, messaging) adds integration and testing work, and some carry monthly fees from the provider.

Frequently asked questions

Is the app published under my company’s name?

Yes. We publish it under your own developer accounts on Google Play and the App Store, so it appears in your name and the accounts stay with you. Final approval rests with the stores.

Do I need a dashboard with the app?

In most cases, yes: it is where you add products or content, receive orders and manage users without updating the app itself.

What happens after the app is published?

Apps need updates for new Android and iOS releases and for new features. We provide this through our support and maintenance service, with requests tracked in the client portal.
